Constant low battery / end of low battery alerts

Hi,

We have started receiving constant low battery / end of low battery alerts for one of our living room motion sensors.

I’ve verified that batteries are good, taken them out (obviously) while doing so etc..

Any ideas how to fix this?

Happy to help look into this. The account history is a little unusual, I actually see two different motion detectors having recently reported multiple low battery alerts:

Zone 4: Family Room Motion
and
Zone 5: Hallway Motion Detector

There is a third motion detector which was recently tampered today, but has not been reporting low battery, which is Zone 1: Fireplace Motion Detector.

Family Room Motion seems to be the one that is reporting low battery and end of low battery repeatedly at the moment. When did you open it to check the batteries? Is it possible the Fireplace Motion Detector was opened instead? That would match the history.
