Connection Timeout

My Verizon 4G connection has been down since Aug 20th. How can I troubleshoot this? I did move- but I have a 4G Verizon hotspot that has decent service…

I am upgrading the latest software now. Hope that fixes it!

Updating the patch software did not fix it. Anything else I can try?

It’s normally an issue when first activating your panel but you might try this.

Have you been unplugging the panel a lot to troubleshoot? I am seeing a lot of AC power loss events in your trouble condition history recently.

If you are not intentionally unplugging power, your device may be having power input trouble, and underpowering the device may be affecting the hardware like the cell radio.

The actual signal strength and registration time for your cell connection is good, but it is still missing 41% of pings, which suggests the radio is just intermittently cutting out completely.

Check the power supply wires, make sure they are not loose, and try plugging in using a different outlet. Any change?

Yes, I was doing some troubleshooting with both The 4G connection as well as all the sensors. Everything fixed now except I have a few sensors that just are not reaching so I’m gonna go with the power sensors on no specific hard to reach areas and hopefully that fixes the problem.
