Hi I had to remove my vdb750 because of a door change. Now it won’t connect to the internet. I removed it and tried reinstalling, to no avail. My vdb780 was working but now it won’t connect. Help, please
Attempt to factory default the doorbell by pressing the doorbell button until the LED flashed red and green. Then learn it back to your Wi-Fi and then it should be able to learn into your account.
