I am trying to add a new sensor (DSC PG4845) to Qolsys IQ 4 panel. I am able to add manually but it shows that is not networked. I try to use auto learn by cycling tamper and removing battery no response at panel. I have tried cycling power and rebooting panel but will not network sensor.
Iām not seeing a Surety subscription linked to your username so I am not able to confirm what kind of equipment you have, but in general are you in the United States using an IQ Panel 4?
I think you are referencing the PG4945. PowerG sensors starting PG4 are not North American region sensors. They are 433Mhz PowerG which do not work with US IQ Panels.
The US IQ Panels work with PG9945.
