Hi, I purchased a new home that already has sensors and controller installed. I believe communicator is still registered to old monitoring company. How do I go about getting this connected to surety?
I have tried going through the setup page and enter the IMEI but I get an error message saying it’s not found.
The Honeywell Lyric does not have compatible Alarm.com communication module options. It is only compatible with the Honeywell back end. All accounts through Surety use Alarm.com at this time.
