I have a total of 9 cameras on my system. A doorbell cam (vdb775), two v730’s, four v723’s, one v724x and one v515. The most recent camera add was a 730 for the “Side Yard” (which replaced a v723 that is now removed from the system.)
The problem is that the new “Side Yard” camera has intermittently been displaying the live feed for the “Back Yard” camera in the ADC app on my wife’s phone!!?!? In other words, when she clicks into the Side Yard to do a live view, the picture is of the Back Yard camera.
Today, this issue has spread to my phone as well. Except I just had a situation where when I scrolled through the cameras one by one (all in live view), and I’m seeing the live view of the “Back Yard” on up to multiple cameras at once (the Driveway, Side Yard and Back Yard all showing the Back Yard’s video stream!?)
I’ve created a video of the issue which I’ll upload via private message to you.
I verified that I’m running the latest version of the ADC app (actually I wasn’t at first, but I just updated and tried again and still have the issue.). Also keep in mind this is across two different iPhones on the app.
On the Web Live View, I’m not seeing this issue. Just the iOS App.
I also verified that the SVR streams for these cameras do not seem to be confused - just the live view in the app.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Also - if I exit the app, close my phone and try again in a few minutes, the problem goes away for a while. In my wife’s case it may disappear for a day and then come back. Very intermittent, not constant.
This is an unusual case, and we are currently working with Alarm.com to look into it further. We have replied to your private message. They have requested additional information to help determine the cause of the issue.

Just an update - this was reproducible and continued to happen but honestly I got busy with other things and didn’t update this thread. However I just checked this morning and the problem now seems to be repaired.!!
(The way to reproduce it was to do a live view of the back yard (coincidentally the first camera in my list), then scroll to the bottom and do a live view of the side yard (the last camera in my list)
At that point you’d see the static view of the back yard instead of the live side yard. However if you opened the app and went directly to the side yard without viewing the back yard first, it would work fine. )
But, starting today even doing this process you actually always see the live view of the side yard. So perhaps this is fixed.
Nothing in the recent release notes would apply, but it may have been a smaller targetted fix if it has resolved. Thank you for your follow up. Let me know if you see it again.
