How do you confirm that you are active for both Fire and Theft monitoring ? I called Surety Monitoring and they said it looks like we have a registered account but they were not sure how to determine if it was being monitored for both fire and theft.

Monitoring operators cannot help with technical support or account questions/changes. This is the right place to come.
Fire and burglary monitoring are not separated. Your panel is either monitored or not. All sensors connected to your panel are monitored if you have active professional monitoring, so if you have a compatible smoke detector, it would be monitored. Looks like you have a couple of smoke detector devices.
If you need proof for insurance purposes, log into suretyhome.com and visit the subscriptions page, and you can download an insurance certificate there.
