I’m all new to this so please bear with me.
I’ll just get right to the point, I recently purchase a home that came with the concord4 security system.
In my attempt to recover the code I suspect I may have deleted the eeprom.
Currently my panel is just flashing “supervisory error”, not sure what that means but that’s all it does.
any help would be a plus.

I would just highly recommend u upgrade to a qolsys 319 panel to save ur self the trouble
This is possibly just an issue with wiring between the panel and one of the keypads. It could be as simple as a loose wire in the metal panel housing.
How many keypads do you have? I would check for loose wiring on the BUS terminals first, 3-6. Make sure it is all secure. If it is, power off the system and disconnect all keypads, then just connect one keypad. Still see the error?
I only have one panel, I’ll remove the panel, check and report back.
