Concord 4 3G Sunset to LTE module help

I have a working Concord 4 with a 3G module and an active subscription with Surety. I have looked up the manual and know how to physically swap the module. I am less sure of the programming to unlearn the old 3G module and add the new LTE module. Can Surety provide the instructions for what to punch into the keypad to make the swap and any other tips before I begin the process?

Steps to install the module can be found here:

Regarding removal of an old module, this may be necessary, but it would depend on the Bus device number on your system. You would have a Bus failure with a unit number listed after the swap.

You can manually delete a bus device by entering the installer menu and going under System Configuration > Accessory Modules > Bus Device Settings

To delete learned unit numbers:

  1. With the display showing BUS DEVICES, press #. The display
shows the bus device set to unit number 0.
  2. Press A or B until the bus device unit number you want to delete is
    displayed.
  3. Press D. The display changes the unit number to None.

Done. How do I clear the “panel tamper” that appears in the Alarm.com app?

Hello, I do not see this as an active alert on your system. Are you still having an issue with this?
