Hi - I haven’t been able to find concrete documentation that this product is supported - does anyone have the Fortrezz WV-01 installed with water sensors on their Qolsys panel?

If not, is there another whole house water shut off valve that is compatible?

There are no water valves on the current official Zwave compatibility list for Qolsys, but that only means it hasn’t been officially tested. If you end up trying that Fortrezz model, please let us know your results.
I would say given Alarm.com’s water management feature, if it isn’t compatible now, a water valve option will be included in future updates.
FYI - I reached out to Qolsys’ tech support team, they advised that they do not currently support any water control valves - support may be added in the future.
