Hi, is there now a color-changing bulb that is fully supported in alarm.com? I received an email stating so, but when I click the link it says I don’t have permission to view that page.

This is probably in reference to official support for Hank bulbs. From Alarm.com:
“The two new multi-color bulbs supported by Alarm.com are the Hank RGB Bulb (HKZW-RGB01) and the Zipato Bulb 2 with dimmer (Zipato RGBW2.US)”
