Is this a newly added device causing the alarms? For a CO detector, there is no way to confirm if it is false, or if CO levels are nearing dangerous levels in the home. Be sure to treat a CO alarm as a serious issue unless CO levels are tested by a responder and found to be normal.
If you are having repeated false alarms from a device, first power it down by removing the sensor’s batteries.
Disarm the system and then you can delete that zone. For 2GIG follow the steps in this video.
