Clearing error message on App

I had a z-wave remote siren/strobe reporting a low battery error. Since I didn’t need the siren at that location anymore, I just removed the device from the system. However, I still keep getting a “Device low battery (siren strobe)” even though the device no longer exists.

Any idea on how to clear the error? Thanks!

I’ve sent a couple commands to the system to check the current status and it looks like that has successfully cleared from your account.

If you ever add or delete Z-wave devices from the panel but notice them still in ADC, you can force a sync between the panel and ADC with the sync Z-wave devices command in the system manager here.
