This does not appear to be an issue with a setting in Alarm.com that needs to be changed, or something we can control directly.
Its possibly limitation with the device integration, or it could be a bug through Alarm.com.
To troubleshoot:
- Update panel firmware to 4.5.0, steps and patch notes found here
- Send commands to the TSTAT after the update to ensure it is working remotely and try to replicate the issue. Does it still appear?
- If the issue persists, remove the TSTAT from the network, wait a couple minutes, then re-add and test for resolution. If no resolution, can you submit a photo of the issue you are encountering?
