Circulate Options Not Visible - Honeywell T6 Pro Z-Wave

Hello!

As the title indicates, I have a Honeywell T6 Pro Z-Wave thermostat that came with the house. I prefer to use the circulate fan setting when I’m home, but I’ve run into the following two issues:

  1. The circulate setting is only available on the website when the thermostat’s mode is set to off.
  2. The circulate setting is not available at all on mobile (iOS alarm.com 5.5.2), regardless of mode.

I’m not even sure if this is something that can be resolved through Surety, or if it’s an alarm.com thing. I figured this was a good place to ask, though!

This does not appear to be an issue with a setting in Alarm.com that needs to be changed, or something we can control directly.

Its possibly limitation with the device integration, or it could be a bug through Alarm.com.

To troubleshoot:

  • Update panel firmware to 4.5.0, steps and patch notes found here
  • Send commands to the TSTAT after the update to ensure it is working remotely and try to replicate the issue. Does it still appear?
  • If the issue persists, remove the TSTAT from the network, wait a couple minutes, then re-add and test for resolution. If no resolution, can you submit a photo of the issue you are encountering?
