Check alarm is setup

Can you please check that my alarm is correct on your end? About a week ago I accidently set it off coming home late and no one ever came on the two way speaker. This happened two times in the last two weeks.

All signals are coming through very well. There are actually two different reasons for what you saw, looking at the events.

First, we sent out notice late last year of a change in default monitoring procedure. Abort signals (the signal received when one of your authorized user codes disarms the alarm panel) when received by our monitoring team will be accepted as verification of false alarms. This is in line with growing standards for false alarm prevention. For more details, including how to revert this change if desired, visit this support thread.

In the first event the system was disarmed within a few seconds of the alarm, so the above would apply.

In the second event, this same thing would have happened given how quickly it was disarmed, however that event also has Dialer Delay involved on the sensor that tripped. Dialer Delay on the 2GIG panel is applied on a sensor by sensor basis.
