How do I change installer code on DSC PC1616?

Yes, there was a problem creating my account so if my system isn’t showing up that may be why.
It looks like you are referring to a recent service purchase using a DSC PowerSeries panel with an Alarm.com SEM, is that correct?
The automatic account creation process through Surety does not work with panels using the SEM. Your account would need to be created by our team manually. In order to create your Alarm.com account through Surety, we need the Installer Code to do this.
First, do you know the current Installer Code and are just looking to change it, or is the Installer Code unknown to you?
The default Installer Code is 5555.
