Is the Chamberlain gateway down on the ADC side down today? All three of my doors show down. Unplugging and pluggin in garage door openers did not resolve
Does opening/closing the garage via the wall button resolve the issue?
Nothing is being reported by Alarm.com about this. If there is an outage of some kind reported by ADC, we will post it in Product Updates
Can you help me get the 3 garage doors back online then? They are not responding to commands. Already tried unplugging and plugging the openers back in.
It looks like the middle garage door is connected to a gateway and both are connected and showing normal. Can you confirm this one is working?
The Left and Right Garage Door are both connected to another gateway which is showing offline. Can you check that your Gateway is online. Once it goes online, your overhead doors should come online as well.
I dont have Gateways. All the communication is withing the never model MyQ garage door openers. All 3 garage doors went offline last night on my 3 garage doors.
On the right garage door, I have not only the Chamberlain gateway, but your Z wave device so I can control it without the gateway (So its 2 systems on the right, making it redundant)
My ADC app still shows 3 doors in error and not connected
Each overhead door has its own gateway but depending on how they are learned in, they could use either its own gateway or another overhead doors gateway. In this case, it looks like the Middle overhead is connected to its own gateway and both are online. Then the Left overhead door is connected to its own gateway which both are showing offline. The Right Overhead door is connected to the left overhead door gateway.
The three devices as showing offline are:
- Chamberlain Gateway (Left Garage Overhead)
- Left Garage Overhead
- Right Garage Overhead
Please double check the Left Garage Door and make sure it is connected to your Wi-Fi. What models are your overhead doors?

Cant you just do a reset as its odd that all 3 of these went offline at the same time
