Cellular Test not Working

I’ve just set up my IQP4001. Panel is connected to Verizon signal strength is -110 dBm 3/5 bar. I did the Surety Home subscription 4 hours ago and I was prompted to do the cellular test. I do, but the panel just waitings for central station response but it never gets one and it just times out. I can’t set up my ADC account without this, can I? Please help, thanks.

Ha, well I’m glad it was resolved. I checked and can confirm looks like your system is communicating normally at this time.

Thank you! While we’re here, I have the Chamberlain B6755T. Currently I have it linked to the MyQ app. How do I go about getting it added to my Surety/ADC account? Do I need to unlink it from MyQ first?

Also, I see two options on my subscription. I previously used to pay $1/month at my old house/system. Now I see two options, one is included and the other not. Do I still need to add/pay for the Liftmaster MyQ Garage subscription to get this going on my new system?

Yes, for MyQ devices it must be removed from the MyQ app before registered through Alarm.com.

Yes, MyQ is an optional add-on and on new accounts there is a fee due to changes in ADC pricing.

Aladdin Connect, OHD Anywhere, and Z-wave garage control are included, MyQ is an optional add-on at this time.
