Looks like this account is not currently communicating at all. Just to double check:
Can you verify that the communication module is seated properly and held firmly with the two set screws?
Can you verify that the antenna is connected firmly and not loose?
Does your panel report a signal strength on the radio status button in the installer toolbox or is that button red?
