Will a LTEM-PV communicator be compatible for your monitoring?
This one> (Honeywell LTE-IV LTE and Internet Multi-Path Communicator) is cheaper but AI told me that it has been discontinued and that I should go with the LTEM-P comm.

We only monitor Alarm.com accounts. To use Surety with a Vista panel you would need an Alarm.com SEM.
Thanks Ryan. I am currently monitored by AlarmGrid which is also with alarm.com. My panel is the VISTA-21IP, which is not listed in the document you sent. Do I still need that module? Will my VISTA-21IP work?
The Vista 21ip is compatible with the SEM when the Internal IP/GSM jumper switch is set to the OFF position.
Hi Jason,
I do not require home automation. I just require monitoring. Do I still need the SEM?
With the SEM, do I still need to acquire an LTE communicator?
If the SEM provides cellular, which cellular provider is used? Verizon, AT&T or?
Nvmd. I found it.

1. Checking your prices, the monitoring cost should be $19/ month, correct?
2. Would you please send me a link to the detailed instructions to get on-board with you folks?
If you’re already using Alarm.com with your VISTA-21IP then you must already have a SEM. Can you post a pic of the control panel and communicator your already have?
AlarmGrid monitors Vista panels directly in addition to Alarm.com, while we only monitor through Alarm.com so being monitored by AlarmGrid doesn’t necessarily mean you’re using Alarm.com. Do you have an Alarm.com login?

Yep the SEM is required, it acts as the cell communicator for the system to communicate with Alarm.com. It is needed whether or not you use automation.
You do not need (and wouldn’t be able to use) any separate LTE communicator along with the SEM. The SEM contains one.

Pricing depends on the plan you choose, the Alarm plan plus professional monitoring is $19, correct.

The link Ryan added above goes over the installation process for the module. I am adding it below.
