Can you try running a cell test now? Does the cell test fail quickly or does it try for a few minutes?
Is this a new module? Was it purchased used?
a new module, tested on your site as available for registration b4 i bought it
i get

all i did was replace the Monitronics Comm Module with the new one.
I did not reset the system or change any programming

It’s definitely reporting as a VZ module. What is your signal strength reporting to be on the panel?
The strength will show up on the radio status button.
Wow that was painful
it finally started working for no apparent reason
my signal strength before it started working was 3/31 then suddenly jumped to 21/31

Likely indicates a jump to a closer tower.

Is it a small antenna mounted in the side of the panel? These were used with 2G modules and should not be used with 3G VZ or ATT (may be contributing to the issue of getting connected if so). You’ll want to use the in wall antenna that usually comes with the VZ module.
It looks like all the signals are going through at this point though
the antenna is in the wall, but does not run all the way up to the attic which i think would help.
i am replacing the same type of comm module,3g vz.
i wish that they would have released it and saved me some money.
i am going to be running several tests over the next few days, and installing some new fire and glass sensors.
Then I am going to buy some image sensors since my GOLD plan supports them.
It feels like I have a brand new system, free of the oppressive attitude of the previous monitor.
