Cell Radio Test Failed Me

What do I need to do to get help? The message says to contact Central Station.

The support site here is the best place to go. Generally if this occurs on a new activation, a panel reboot is the first recommendation, however looking at your account though it looks like the panel has started communicating and cellular pings are successful.

I’m just getting this message after having the system for a few years. Is there any guidance when this happens to an existing system and cell module?

My system failed two cell tests last night. Is the only remedy to try a reboot, then purchase a new cell module?

The Radio Not Responding trouble condition indicates the panel is not able to communicate with Alarm.com.

After following those steps, wait 5 minutes after boot up, then retry the cell test any change?
