Little help please… Just received my cell module today. I installed it but can’t get the 2Gig GC2 Panel to recognize it’s there. I made sure that the firmware is up to date. All is installed properly. It’s in a location with no cellular issues. I’m not sure what to do… Photos of the screen attached. I’m using the Verizon module.
I got this problem taken care of. Another thread on here had a more up to date firmware than the one listed on the firmware website shown in the video made by surety.

Aha, yes, the requirements for the LTE module have changed when the modules received a hardware update recently. They require the panel to be at 1.19 firmware.
I’ll notify our team that the firmware archive needs to be updated appropriately. Thanks for bringing this up!
