I am seeing a cell communication failure on my panel. How do I troubleshoot?
The description you would see in the event of communication failure is “Radio Modem Network Failure” on a 2GIG panel. Is this the alert you see?
The account looks like it is signalling well and no communication failures are obvious. I do see an AC power failure in the recent history.
