I just added the Video Doorbell feature to my plan and installed the ADC-VDB770 Video doorbell. The doorbell connects to my WiFi, upgraded its firmware to the latest 02162, and it records clips. My connection strength is 90%. However, the live view in my iOS App does not work, it just shows a grey box with a bell icon over it. I thought it couldn’t connect at all but then I checked alarm.com’s web interface and sure enough I can view video there. Anyone else have this issue?
Ok maybe I fundamentally misunderstood the interface. I think I’m supposed to click that picture to view the video doorbell. I thought the picture should be live itself… so maybe this isn’t an issue.
Tap on the doorbell icon. Does the video feed start?
