I have the ADCVDB780B installed along with the chime ADCW115C and everything seems to work fine.
The chime is connected to my WiFi network and the doorbell camera is connected to the Chime’s WiFi
The issue I have is that I can’t use Live View on Alarm.com’s website.
Live View works fine on my Android app and IQ Panel 4.
On Alarm.com, I get a gray screen that says “Failed to load the video feed”.
If I press the “Take a Snapshot” at the bottom of the screen, it actually takes a photo of the current cam view.
Suggestions?

What web browser are you using?
Are you currently using an ad blocker or VPN on the device that you’re trying to view the camera from?
Are you connected to the same network as the doorbell camera?

I am using Firefox.
A VPN is not being used, not sure about an ad blocker.
The desktop PC is connected to the same network as the Chime, which I installed first. The Doorbell Camera was then connected to the Chime’s WiFi signal, as per instructions, I believe.

Not sure what happened, but Live View is now working for me on the website.
