Cant Remove a Z Wave Light

I have a light plugged into a z-wave outlet. The outlet no longer works so I can not remove from the system by having the system recognize the zwave signal.

It doesnt show up in the panel, but it shows up in my ADC app and web browser version.

Can you remove it?

Its called “Window Shade”

Please do not confuse with my Lutron shades which should be left alone. The Window Shade light in question is a zwave outlet switch and it it was replaced with “Shade” which show up in my ADC list

Hello,

I have sent a command to remove the device from the account and records indicate the device was successfully removed after the delete command was sent. Please let me know if you continue to have troubles.
