Can't have entry delay with arming from the fob even have the Arm with No Delay disabled

Hi Surety team,

Recently I just added a 2GIG Key2-345 fob to my 2GIG GC2 panel and everything works well except that I realized that once I arm the system with the fob, when I am back home and it will trigger the alarm with no entry delay, even I have disabled the “Arm with No Delay” when I setup the fob.

Can someone help me with this?

Many thanks,
Jiaming.

Looking at your history the most recent alarm after a keyfob arming event was reported as from the Back Door.

On 8/20 around 4:45pm I see the keyfob armed the system, then the back door was opened which triggered the alarm.

The back door sensor is programmed as a perimeter zone, not an entry zone. It will always trigger an alarm immediately upon opening while the system is armed.

If you want the back door to be an entry zone and have an entry delay when tripped, enter system programming and change its zone type to (1) Entry Exit.

Is this the event you are referring to or is there another example?

Hi Jason,

It is exactly where the problem is. I just fixed it! Thank you very much for your help!

Best,
Jiaming.
