Can't get image sensor programmed in

Trying to program in a 2gig image sensor that I had programmed in before but panel’s transceiver failed and was replaced. I took it off of the network after having problems with it being tripped.

I’ve tried standing in front of the panel, hit learn then inserting batteries into the sensor. Keep getting ‘learn process failed’.

Also tried hitting the reset button for 3 seconds and for 10 seconds with same results.

All the info from when it was on the network before has been cleared.

Any suggestions?

You have to reset the IS. With it powered up, hold in reset for approx. 15-20 sec

Check to see if the old programmed zone still shows serial # “5”. You need to delete the zone and you cannot do that until you reset the IS. Then you program and learn it in again.
