Can't find smart plug I just added

Hey all:

I just added an IQ PowerG Smart plug to my system. It shows up on my panel, and I can turn it off and on. However, I cannot see it on my phone app or the website. Is there something I need to do?

Hello,

I cant find an alarm.com account tied to this username. If you are able to control it on the panel but does not appear on alarm.com, it may be because of your current plan. You may need to add automation to your plan. Surety Home and Surety Complete plans have home automation.

You can change your Surety plan anytime in System Manager. Here’s how:

  1. Go to My Account - Surety
  2. Log in, then authenticate with your Alarm.com username/password
  3. On the My System tab, use the plan selector at the top to switch plans and toggle any add-on features
  4. Submit your changes; updates apply immediately to your Alarm.com account
