Can't connect after wifi change

I attempted to Re-add my SkyBell to my account after changing internet providers. But upon re-attempting to add the Camera, I am getting the Error that the “Customer does not have permission to add Device”. Could you please assist?

This is a known misleading error message that Alarm.com is displaying in some cases with video doorbells. There is a short delay after you delete the doorbell before it is fully cleared on their end it appears. Generally speaking if you see this particular error, wait about a half hour to an hour, then try again. It should be resolved at that point.
