Can't add Skybell Slim-line

I tried to add my Skybell Slim-line through the alarm.com app and wasn’t having luck getting the doorbell to connect to my home wi-fi.

I was about to try a fourth time after disabling my 5ghz wi-fi network as I know some devices have to connect to 2.4ghz only.

Now when I try to add the camera I get the notification “The account has reached the maximum number of cameras allowed.” I logged into alarm.com to try to delete any cameras that were installed or pending installed, but I don’t see any there to delete.

Interesting I don’t see any there either. I have just removed and re-added video doorbell support on your Alarm.com account. Can you try adding that again and let me know if you run into further issues?
