I’m trying to add new sensors and it appears the Installation menu is missing on my IQ Panel 2.
Is this due to the device being active with Alarm.com? Is there a test mode the device needs to be put into, or how do I go about adding sensors?
Solved. Had to enter installer code instead of master code.
Yes, the installer code is required to access sensor programming, as well as other panel programming features.
How can I get installer code?
If you purchased an IQ Panel 4 from Surety, the default IQ Panel 4 installer code is 1111.
