I cant un-arm my main panel unless I use my key fob because it says my 4 digit pass-code is incorrect.
A couple things:
The four digit code on your Control Panel manual is your installer code, which only access installer toolbox settings. Your Master User code remains default (1111) until it is changed locally on your panel or through Alarm.com.
You can also double check codes created on Alarm.com under the Security tab by selecting the users page.
