We are in the process of selling one of the monitored properties. Even though we have a closing date, we don’t want to cancel service prematurely.
Will we have any issues cancelling monitoring a few days prior to closing? Will Surety stop monitoring the system at the selected date? Or will it keeps monitoring until the end of our cycle?

Viewing your active subscription, select Cancel Service.
Monitoring is cancelled on the date that you select. It can be scheduled as short as 1 business day in advance, and cancellation occurs during business hours.
