Can’t connect front door lock after switching to surety

Hello,

I switched over from SafeHaven to Surety and was easily able to install my window and door sensors which trip normally when the alarm is set.

However, the Kwik Set smart lock won’t trip the alarm system. It will sound off from the panel whenever the door is locked or unlocked but when the alarm is set and the door is unlocked I would like it to trip the alarm.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

A Z-Wave device like a door lock will not trigger an alarm.

The above is correct, the alarm panel does not trigger alarms based on door lock activity. There is no way to configure it to do that either locally at the panel or within Alarm.com.
