Just got my account with Alarm.com through Surety setup. Was able to add smart lock and thermostats.
However I’m having trouble adding the front door bell (ADC750) . I’ve reset the doorbell and added it to my WiFi.
But the issue seems under the alarm.com app. I don’t see any option to add a Doorbell camera? Older posts show that option but the UI seems to have changed since then
Any troubleshooting tips greatly appreciated!
I tried to go to alarm.com/addcamera
But it says I don’t have permissions / access?
I guess I didn’t have the video plan added. lol.
Adding the video plan for 4 cameras would include the doorbell camera in that count right? thx!
A plan item supporting video would be needed. You can adjust your plan in the system manager here.
The new 4 camera add-on includes video analytics and would support the 750. Each doorbell counts as one of the cameras.
