Had to replace my android phone recently, but since the change, my phone/app does not show the camera snapshot on camera notifications.
Is this some permission setting or option to be enabled?

Check your notifications and recording schedules to ensure a thumbnail is selected. A new recipient would need notification options selected.
Your new push device may not be selected as a recipient.
If the notifications are set properly try disabling and re-enabling. If no luck, please reach out to your provider for support as they will be able to confirm your account settings and troubleshoot issues with Alarm.com.
thank you! it reverted to text only and had to switch it back to thumbnail.
