Camera Offline Troubleshooting

Last night I loaded the AppleTV ADC app - and it showed my Guest Bedroom Camera (ADC-VC730P) was offline. I figured it might have been a glitch or ATV issue.

This morning - I logged into the ADC website, and I’m getting a “Failed to Load the Video Feed” message.

I look at the camera on the ADC website it shows online. And clicking test connectivity it still shows online.

It’s POE powered - so I cycled the port (which would power cycle the camera) and no change.

in addition to the web showing the camera online - I can also ping it from another device:

Also - since the website is showing that the camera is online, but it’s not able to present a video feed - is there a way I could make sure that the ADC app would alert me to a condition like that?

Notifications would mainly depend on the cause of the issue, and whether it is something that Alarm.com is able to detect it. Looking at your account, the camera is successfully responding to pings on our end. I’ve sent commands to reboot on our side to see if that changes anything.

Could you test and see if there is any change?
