Camera help

Hi, I have two cameras hardwired into my network. I’ve signed up for the camera service, but I don’t see the option to monitor the camera feed in the app. How do I connect the cameras to my account and view the feeds? Thanks

To set up cameras on your account you’ll want to login to the website and navigate to the Video page. Click on the “Click here to add a camera” link and follow the on screen steps.

Note that new add-on requests must be processed by our team before it would be available in You would receive a confirmation email when this occurs. If anything further is needed it would be included in the email.
