Camera help

Hi, I have two cameras hardwired into my network. I’ve signed up for the camera service, but I don’t see the option to monitor the camera feed in the alarm.com app. How do I connect the cameras to my account and view the feeds? Thanks

To set up Alarm.com cameras on your account you’ll want to login to the Alarm.com website and navigate to the Video page. Click on the “Click here to add a camera” link and follow the on screen steps.

Note that new add-on requests must be processed by our team before it would be available in Alarm.com. You would receive a confirmation email when this occurs. If anything further is needed it would be included in the email.
