My GC3 panel has gone into a funky state where the physical buttons are lit but the panel won’t come on when pressing them or touching the screen. Is there a way to do a reboot?
We’ve had a few other reports of a GC3 going into that state, and a power cycle resolved the condition in those cases.
Unplug the power supply, then open the panel and unplug the battery. Leave the panel powered down for a minute, then plug in battery, and finally plug the power supply back in.
Does it boot back up properly?
