I currently have a Bosch wired system that was installed by the homebuilder about five years ago. The system is archaic and does not have the ability to be upgraded to be controlled by an app and the keypad is numeric operation only. I’ve entered in my serial number to see if I can use Surety, but nothing comes up. Can support tell me if the B915 keypad with #0922677617396 will work with Surety? Thank you in advance.
No, Bosch systems are not compatible with Alarm.com service so we do not currently provide service for them.

Existing sensors could be reused, either with a compatible wired panel or a wired to wireless translator, however the panel and keypads would need to be replaced.
