Recently our iPhones have stopped auto disarming when we get home. It was working well for a long time. Any suggestions? My spouse and I both are experiencing it not working. iPhone 13 pros on iOS 15.
Just in case, the bluetooth disarm will only work when armed Away, not Stay.
The first step to troubleshoot would be a reboot of the panel. Settings > Advanced Settings > Reboot Panel. Any change?
Did you recently update your phones? Try turning bluetooth off and back on on your phones.
Double check the panel bluetooth devices to make sure your phones are listed. Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Devices > Bluetooth Devices.
