Bad Light Switch

I had a light switch that went bad on my “Riverhouse” account. I was unable to remove (unpair) it, because it was dead. Can you remove that for me? It was called “River Lights”.

We’ve sent a command to remove that device. Allow 5 minutes for that to take effect. Note that a delete command will only work if the device can no longer communicate on the network.

Thanks Jason. It shows malfunction in alarm.com. Do i need to do something else on my end to remove it, or has your command not taken yet?

Looks like status commands took a little while to get processed, I would give a few more minutes and refresh the App/Website as the remove command is visible in history.
