We have been made aware of software problems which have resulted in delays of signal processing this afternoon, 3/15/2023, for accounts using professional monitoring. This may cause a delay in operator response to alarm signals, however we have received updates that the delays should be improving.
Inbound call traffic has been extremely high due to the issues resulting in difficulty with the inbound phone lines. You may experience an extended hold period for a short time today.
AvantGuard’s IT team is currently working with their monitoring software provider to make sure that the issue is fully resolved.
