Automation Schedules

I’ve been trying to update my Automation schedules on Alarm.com. Every time I click on the edit button to modify the start and end time, I get re-directed back to the Home screen. I’ve tried this in Chrome and IE.

Am I missing something here? Do I need to open a ticket up directly with Alarm.com?

I’m actually seeing the same thing so this would be a back-end fix. I don’t see it affecting Event Triggered Rules, just Schedules. We will reach out to ADC and let them know. They may already be aware. We will post any feedback and resolution here.

Jason - Thank you! I’m glad I’m not going crazy. I was starting to debate it.

Actually apologies, I didn’t notice that the demo system I am looking at had those lights removed. For what I am looking at this is actually a result of schedules being listed which apply to Z-wave devices which have since been removed. Is it possible this is the case for you?

In looking at your account I’m not seeing any schedules which behave this way. Would you be able to test again now?

Was there one specific schedule you were trying to edit or did they all act this way? Did you happen to delete the schedule for which the edit button was sending you to the home page?

Jason - Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I haven’t deleted any Z-wave devices recently, but I could see how that would cause a problem

Update on trying the schedule edit again
It works now. Not sure what happened yesterday, but I’m able to go through and modify what I need to. I just finished updating all my start times for when lights come on.

I guess I was just a little unlucky yesterday.

Since the edit button defaults to the home page if the device in the schedule is no longer available, it may default to home that way for other checks and errors as well. There may have been a temporary issue or maintenance.
