Automation how to use security sensor as trigger

Hi there!

I have surety complete plan so it includes automation.

On alarm.com i have confirmed that all security sensors have Sensor Activity Monitoring enabled.

Yet when i go to Automation → Add New Rule → When → Select Device my only available options are “Security Panel” (where i can select status like Armed or Disarmed) and “Time” .

Why cannot i not select for example a Door/Window Sensor for the rule trigger?

To be able to select other triggers and automation options you would need at least one device on your account which supports that trigger.

For example, if you add a light switch you could automate the switch by your sensor activity.

Currently I only see one OHD garage door linked as an automation device.
