Is it possible to automatically arm the panel if one or more devices leave a geo fence, and disarm when one returns? I see where I can setup arming notification, but it would be nice to just arm it.

No. There are a number of security concerns with automatically arming or disarming with geoservices.
Generally, a Geodevice leaving does not indicate everyone has left the premesis, and the radius for geofencing is best at 2 miles or so. You may cross the Geofence commonly without actually heading directly home or directly away.
