AT&T cell service is down, but alarm console is still connected

I’m in rural Tennessee and the aftereffects of the bombing in Nashville yesterday brought down AT&T’s cell service. Service is still out but I see that my alarm console is connected (AT&T LTE sled) - how does that work?

I’m not seeing an active account through Surety that I can test, but in general, you may have connection to a tower source but routing may not be possible and the back-end connection to ADC might not have worked at the time.

Services are being restored in a staggered fashion, I couldn’t comment on AT&T’s internals and how they prioritize the systems. If you have a different service provider I would have them check your connection.
